My name is Karen Wirtz. I grew up in Southern California in a kitchen my mother filled daily with homemade soups, breads, cakes, cookies, pies...you name it! Cooking became a passion. Today, this obsession with cooking drives my business, "Specialty Catering". We amaze our clients by creating novelty invitations,  delicious appetizers and specialty cakes.
